Refund policy

Due to the handcrafted nature of my items, I do not accept returns. I want you to be happy with your purchase and experience with me so if there are any issues with your purchase please reach out so I can make things right. I will always do my best to make sure that you are satisfied with the jewelry you purchase from me.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges
Sometimes what you thought would look great on you just doesn't work out. Please reach out to me and I'll do my best to work with you for a different piece.


Refunds
If a refund is necessary due to damage, I will notify you once I've received and inspected your return. An email will be sent when a refund has been issued. You’ll be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
